Altrinsic Solutions is looking for a talented, highly motivated, and technically minded individual to work as an Inside Sales Engineer in our Sales Organization. Applicants must be self motivated and capable of producing results from their home office. The Altrinsic Solutions Inside Sales Engineer role requires a blend of technical, phone support, sales and organizational capabilities to help sell the technical proposition of the Symantec/Altiris platform as well as Altrinsic’s several plug-in solutions to prospects and customers. This person must be able to solve technical solutions and collaborate with clients to ensure successful adoption of the Altrinsic product solutions.

Required Skills:

Ability to communicate effectively over the phone, as the position is mainly none travelling.
Ability to understand customer requirements and their technical / network infrastructure.
Ability to manage account activities and collaborate with client managers to plan and implement enterprise solutions.
Ability to collaborate, plan, and communicate with Altrinsic Solutions personnel and participate as member of overall account execution team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent (Computer Science / Engineering preferred).
3 to 5 years of experience with a software vendor or reseller selling, presenting or implementing enterprise software products for customers.
Previous experience with enterprise systems management platforms including Microsoft SMS, Symantec/Altiris, LANDesk; Kace, BigFix or previous experience with enterprise security related products.
Extensive experience with Windows systems management or deployment.
Strong written and oral communication skills, detail oriented approach to problem solving.
