Question I don't have a Vista option under (Options/Settings)

When I go to options and select settings, I do not have a vista option. The three I have are as follows. How do I add the Vista option?

Windows XP
Windows 2000
Windows Server

Thanks

The Vista option is actually enabled through a Vista-enabled license. If you need the functionality of Vista imaging, you would need to request a new vista-enabled license.

I have been told by you supplier that the licenses we got also would work with Vista/W7, but I still don't have the Vista/W7 option in the setting window. Can you help?

Sjoko,
You can take a look at the license in notepad and see if it has a Vista attribute that is set to enabled. If it does, the license should work with vista/7, but if it doesn't just let me know and we can get you one.

If it does and it still isn't working, it may be that the license didn't apply properly. Try these steps:
1) Close HIIS and navigate to the HIIS folder on the eXpress share.
2) Remove all .lic files except HIIS.lic from the folder.
3) Re-add the license using the HIIS Licensing Utility .exe in that folder
4) Restart HIIS

That will usually reset the license file and should detect the Vista option if the license supports it.

Thanks,
